At a glance
We only request the data needed to respond to your enquiry. Optional analytics remain disabled until you consent.
2. Data we process
The trial class form processes your name, age, email address, optional phone number and previous experience. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit abusive submissions and is not stored in a database by the website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use submitted data to respond to your request, arrange trial classes and prevent form abuse. Processing the request is necessary to take steps requested by you; analytics and non-essential technologies depend on your consent.
4. Cookies and measurement
We store one strictly necessary cookie containing your choice for one year. If you accept, Google Tag Manager, performance metrics and Vercel Web Analytics may be enabled. Vercel presents usage data in aggregate form without third-party cookies. External content such as Facebook is only loaded after consent.
5. Recipients and retention
Requests are emailed to the ASKKSA board through the mail provider configured on the server. Technical data may be processed by hosting and analytics providers. We retain data only for as long as necessary to respond, meet applicable obligations and protect legitimate rights.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
